1. Strict No Refund Policy
All payments made on Legal Documents are strictly non-refundable.
By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing access to a digital document generation service.
- The service is considered delivered once the document is generated or access is provided.
- No refund shall be issued under any circumstances.
2. Digital Product Policy
All services provided by Legal Documents are:
- Digital in nature
- Instantly accessible
- Non-returnable
- Non-exchangeable
Because digital products cannot be returned, all sales are final.
3. No Refund in Any Case
Refunds will not be provided in any situation, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect information entered by the user
- Accidental purchase
- Change of mind
- Failure to download the document
- Document downloaded but not saved
- Dissatisfaction with format
- Rejection by court or authority
- Jurisdictional issues
- Duplicate payment claims without proof
- Technical issues outside our reasonable control
No exceptions will be made.
4. Membership Fees
All membership payments are strictly non-refundable.
This includes:
- Partial usage
- Early cancellation
- Suspension due to violation of Terms
- Inactivity
Membership grants access to features, not guaranteed legal outcomes.
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If a user initiates a payment dispute or chargeback:
- The account may be immediately suspended.
- Access to documents may be revoked.
- We reserve the right to submit transaction records as evidence.
- Fraudulent disputes may result in legal action.
Users agree not to initiate wrongful or abusive chargebacks.
6. Finality of Transactions
All transactions on Legal Documents are considered final and binding once payment is successfully processed.
No cancellation, reversal, or refund shall be entertained.
7. Acceptance of Refund Policy
By proceeding with payment, you confirm that:

- You understand that no refunds are provided under any circumstances.
- You agree to these terms before completing the transaction.
